- The prize is worth $10,000 entry to a tournament of the players’ choice from the following list (unless otherwise noted for the specific event):
- October 25-29, 2008 - North American Poker Championship, Niagra Fallsview Casino Resort (1)
- November 11 - 14, 2008 (Final Table November 16, 2008) - World Poker Finals, Foxwoods Resort Casino, Mashantucket, CT (2)
- January 21 - 25, 2007 - World Poker Open, Gold Strike Casino, Tunica, MS (3)
- February 15 - 20, 2007 - L.A. Poker Classic, Commerce Casino, Commerce, CA (4)
- March 5 - 9, 2007 - Bay 101, Shooting Star Bay 101, San Jose, CA (5)
- The prize also includes $2,000 travel and accommodation money. If the player does not use all of these monies for these purposes he will receive the difference to his or her poker account.
- The minimum age limit for the tournament is 21 years of age.
- The player must choose the tournament he or she wishes to participate in, from the relevant tournaments, until 5 days after the super satellite he or she had won.
- In the event of a service crash or a disruption, the promotion for that day will be rerun at the discretion of Fair Poker. Fair Poker will be the sole arbiter as to whether a promotion will be rerun.
- Fair Poker reserves the right to refuse this offer to any player or to withdraw this / or part of this offer / promotion at any time. Fair Poker cannot be held responsible for any 'fold / timeouts' or disconnects as per the general rules of the Fair Poker service. If the game is disrupted by system or network issues Fair Poker reserves the right to resolve the issue as it sees fit.
- All regular Fair Poker Terms and conditions and Tournament rules apply to this promotion.
- In the event of event cancellation or buy-in unavailability, cash equivalent will be awarded.
- Any player who wins any of the final super satellites has the right not to participate. There is no cash alternative. In this instance, Fair Poker will usually pick the runner-up as the replacement, subject to their total discretion.
- By participating in the tournament you agree to reasonable publicity, including betting marketsaround the event. Event reports will also feature the name and alias of the winners.
- Seats for the promotion are non transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- Players can only win/buy one satellite entry to the final super satellites, there is no cash alternative and seats are non transferable. Should any player win two seats then he or she will forfeit one of them.
- Fair Poker reserves the right to amend the tournament rules at any time.
